Domain names are being gobbled up like seed in a yard full of hens and business owners are still in the Mosaic Era when it comes to having an online presence.
So many established businesses out there don’t have a website or a url to call home.
When they finally do get around to it on their own the one they want will be gone and if its really important for them to have THAT particular name – they will happily pay to own it.
Also one might think ahead and do a little research and initiate a broker deal on spec.
Well keyworded domain names still have a Google bite to them. So if your client sells hat racks then the url www.hatracks.com would likely be valuable to them. Although not really great for Search Engines, the business person does like the vanity domains too. In some cases these may not be specifically scarce when they are unique in nature. But in a larger city companies from the 70′s with names like Aardvark – roofing, painting, towing etc. might be quite popular too from a vanity perspective.
By spending a few minutes doing the proper research you can easily find domains to buy and sell for a big profit.
The course Domain Scalping is being taught by a young guy who was flipping burgers then started flipping website domains.
You are taught how to find your buyer, then buy the domain, then sell it to the buyer for a big profit.
Using free auctioning tools and Facebook this guy Zach has successfully repeated this performance hundreds of times and has put together a system so we too can copy his best practices.
Essentially you become a big ticket domain broker.
